Important:

• It is not possible to change the model or color. In that case, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

• Changes are subject to stock availability .

1. Enter your order number and email address.

2. Choose between home collection or delivery to a Post Office .

3. You will receive an email with the confirmation, the label , and the necessary instructions .

Changes outside the Peninsula and Balearic Islands

 

For orders from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Europe and other continents , size exchanges are not free .
In these cases, a refund must be processed and a new purchase made.
The refund will be issued once we receive the product in its original condition.

 

Do you want to make a return?

 

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. You can choose between:

• Gift card to use on our website.

• Refund to the original payment method.

• Bank transfer (only valid for cash on delivery orders).

Return shipping cost:

• Spain: €6.90 (will be deducted from the refund amount).

• Other countries: the cost varies depending on the area.

For returns outside the deadline, we may accept the product at Macarena Shoes' discretion, but the refund will only be issued as a gift card .
